CLAIRE. : AUSLANDER

Text by CLAIRE. Voice/Improvisation by Feline Lang.

Theres one on the stairs going round and round then theres the other in the middle improvising sound and the self on the edge on the ledge of the edge bound to go around encircling the sound of the improvising middle of the stairs up and down to rebound off the ground as the self drags the foreground turning into background while the sound from the centre circles to surround.

Three hour durational performance, with three performers.
a circular staircase structure suspended from the ceiling with a man on them walking round.
a female opera singer standing on the floor in the middle singing improvised noises.
a ceiling to floor length curtain being dragged slowly round by the third performer on a rail encircling the staircase structure.

While the secret sits in the middle and knows.”
